Yes we are fully accredited with Australian General Practice Accreditation Limited (AGPAL).
We welcome new patients to our Hale Road Medical Centre practice.
Please call us on 08 9359 0776 to make an initial appointment.
Our reception staff may ask you to provide your contact information when they book your appointment.
Please arrive 10 minutes early for your first appointment to complete our ‘New Patient’ Form.
If you feel you need an extended consultation with your Doctor, please let the receptionist know at the time of booking your appointment.
Our receptionist will be able to provide you with an estimate of costs, however, the actual cost charged by your Doctor will depend on the time and nature of the consultation.

A cancellation fee may apply if we do not receive adequate notice of your non-attendance at your appointment.
Everyone with a valid Medicare card is now eligible for a phone consultation at no cost to the patient.

The surgery is on a single level and a wheelchair is provided.

Skin Consultations are privately charged with a gap fee of $50 to $80 (for a full skin cancer check up)

Weight Loss Consultations are privately charged with a gap fee of $50.
You will need to pay the full amount and then claim back your Medicare rebate.
Our doctors are able to prescribe Duromine, Contrave, Saxenda or Ozempic for Weight Loss Management.
Ozempic is a diabetic medication, in injectable form, and weight loss is a side effect of this drug.
Our doctors will consider your individual case and advise accordingly.
Yes we operate Care Plans for those with chronic disease and you will be entitled to Allied Health Services if qualified.
Generally, you will be able to access two different Allied Health Services over a period of 1 year.

Yes, we do. Fees are applicable for these services.

Yes, our practice midwife works in collaboration with our doctors during your pregnancy.
Yes, we provide iron infusions and a procedure fee of $150 applies.
Yes, we provide Astra Zeneca, Pfizer, Moderna and Novavax.

Yes, we do, and a fee of $25 applies for private Flu Vaccinations.

Should your Doctor be unavailable, our reception staff will always attempt to accommodate you with another Doctor if possible.
